The program minimums are a general guideline and funding approvals will be based on the health of your personal and or business credit profile. If your credit file has little to no credit, it will be hard to gain an approval. If your credit profile has credit card utilization above 30%, credit line approval will be more challenging. If your debt-to-income ratio is above 50%, all loan programs will be challenging to gain approval. Make these considerations before applying.
